Last week, Pharmacy Techs at Allina’s United and Mercy Hospitals voted overwhelmingly to join our Union! As non-union workers at Allina they were experiencing pay freezes and significant benefit cuts. This week, 365 Psych Associates at Fairview Riverside Hospital will be voting to join our Union and another 100 Mental Health Coordinators at Abbott Northwestern have their union election scheduled for early next month! Now is the time to organize! If there are any non-union workers at your worksite who would like to learn how to organize and bargain a contract for better wages, hours and working conditions, please have them reach out to talk to an organizer.
