HERO Pay Bonuses at Children’s Hospitals

SEIU Healthcare Minnesota applauds the decision by Children’s Hospitals of Minnesota to provide HERO Pay bonuses

SEIU Healthcare Minnesota applauds the decision by Children’s Hospitals of Minnesota to provide HERO Pay bonuses!!! Children’s Hospitals becomes the 4th employer to agree to our members’ proposal to provide a HERO Pay bonus to front-line caregivers. The bonus amounts are as follows:

$700 to full-time and part-time employees working greater than .4FTE
$350 to employees working .4FTE and below.

The bonuses provided are in addition to any bonus that may be approved by the state legislature. Our Union calls on all other employers to offer a HERO Pay bonus to employees!
