The Frontline Worker Pay application website is live! The Frontline Worker Pay application will is open June 8 through July 22, 2022. Eligible workers will have 45 days to apply for Frontline Worker Pay.

***Why are we getting Frontline Worker Pay?***Because Union Workers fought for it! SEIU, along with unions and community groups, kept the pressure on legislators since the beginning of the pandemic to respect, protect and pay frontline workers. Workers shared their stories in committees, at rallies and marches, sent postcards, made phonecalls and contributed to COPE, SEIU's political fund, and WE WON! Workers are stronger together! That's the union difference!
Eligibility
Healthcare, home care and long-term care workers who:
- Worked in-person more than 120 hours between March 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021, and;
- Did not receive unemployment insurance totaling more than 20 weeks during this time.

Timeline
The 45-day application period will be followed by a 15-day period to allow for appeals from those whose applications were denied. After verification and processing of the applications are completed, payments are anticipated in early fall.

Payments
After processing and verification of the applications, the final list of eligible applicants will be determined. Each eligible applicant will be provided with an equal payment, not to exceed $1,500.
