Congratulations to the Anoka Homestead nurses on ratifying a fantastic new three year contract!  Members voted for the new agreement unanimously. Improvements include:

• 7% wage increase for RNs
• RNs starting at $36.25
• 6.5% increase for LPNs
• LPNs starting at $29.75
• 5% increase for off scale nurses
• All mandating language has been removed!
• Preceptor pay increase, $4.00 premium for any training done! ($2.00 increase)
• This is a 3-year contract with a 6% increase (3% yearly increase and language to open the contract upon the nursing home standards board rulings).
• Christmas Eve is recognized as a holiday!
