But where the SEIU State Council decides not to endorse a candidate, our local is free to make a local endorsement. Our local endorsements reflect the input of our Conservative Member Caucus. Approximately 30% of our union’s members identify as conservative and we have a formal caucus within our union for conservative members to gather, volunteer and organize.
